This SMS program is operated by A Fight Worth Having, a federal independent-expenditure-only political action committee registered with the Federal Election Commission, FEC ID C00933085, located at 105 N A Street, Suite 7, Lenoir City, TN 37771. By participating, you agree to these Terms and our SMS Privacy Notice.

2. Description of service

This subscriber SMS program sends recurring automated text messages from A Fight Worth Having, including supporter and donor updates, event or volunteer updates, candidate information, voter guides, get-out-the-vote reminders, fundraising solicitations, political advocacy messages, and occasional supporter surveys. Donations may be solicited.

3. Opt-in and consent

You opt in by entering your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box in the A Fight Worth Having signup flow or on the direct mobile opt-in page at https://afightworthhaving.com/sms/opt-in. You may also opt in by texting or replying to an approved opt-in keyword such as START, YES, SUBSCRIBE, or JOIN. Consent is not a condition of any contribution.

4. Frequency and cost

Msg frequency varies. You may receive multiple messages per week during peak election periods and fewer messages between elections. Msg & data rates may apply. Check your wireless plan for details.

5. STOP and HELP

Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to opt out. We may send one confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out. Reply HELP or INFO for help. HELP responses identify A Fight Worth Having, provide [email protected] and (423) 839-6107, and remind you that you can reply STOP to opt out.
