Who we are

A Fight Worth Having is an independent-expenditure-only political committee organized under the Federal Election Campaign Act. We are not a candidate committee. We are not authorized by any candidate or candidate's committee.

Permitted use of the Site

The Site is provided for your personal, non-commercial information about our work, the candidates we support, and ways you can get involved. You may not:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems.
• Scrape, copy, or republish substantial portions of Site content without our written permission.
• Submit false, misleading, or deceptive information through any form on the Site.
• Use the Site to harass, threaten, or impersonate any person.

Donations

Donations made through the Site are processed by our donation partner (currently ActBlue). All donations are subject to applicable federal law, including limits on the source and amount of contributions. We do not accept contributions from foreign nationals, federal contractors, or other sources prohibited by law. You can read more about who can contribute on the FEC website.

Contributions to AFWH are not tax-deductible as charitable contributions.

Intellectual property

Text, graphics, video, photography, source code, and other content on the Site are owned by or licensed to AFWH and are protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark law. You may share individual articles and graphics on social media or by email with attribution. Bulk reproduction or commercial use requires written permission — contact [email protected].

Third-party links and embeds

The Site may link to or embed content from third parties (Substack, YouTube, ActBlue, social platforms, etc.). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those services. Your interaction with them is governed by their own terms.
