Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 29, 2026

A Fight Worth Having ("AFWH", "we", "us") is a federal Super PAC (FEC ID C00933085). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use afightworthhaving.com (the "Site") or interact with our outreach, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

We collect information you give us directly — for example, your name, email address, ZIP code, and any message you submit through a signup form, contact form, or donation flow. We may receive payment-processing information from our donation partners (such as ActBlue or Stripe); we do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

We also collect basic technical information automatically when you visit the Site, including your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring URL, and approximate location derived from IP. We use industry-standard analytics tools (such as PostHog or Google Analytics) and may set first-party cookies to remember your preferences.

How we use your information

  • To send you the email updates, dispatches, and action alerts you signed up for.
  • To process donations and comply with FEC reporting requirements (FEC rules require us to collect and disclose name, address, employer, and occupation for donors who give more than $200 in an election cycle).
  • To run, secure, and improve the Site — including diagnosing problems and preventing abuse.
  • To contact you about a candidate, race, or campaign relevant to your stated interests or location.

How we share your information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only in these limited situations:

  • Service providers who help us operate the Site and our outreach (email vendors, CRM, analytics, payment processors). They are bound by contract to use your data only on our behalf.
  • FEC and other lawful disclosures when required by federal campaign-finance law, court order, or other valid legal process.
  • Affiliated campaigns we endorse — only with your explicit opt-in.

Your choices

  • You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any message we send, or by visiting our unsubscribe page.
  • You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email [email protected]. We honor verified requests under applicable privacy laws including California's CCPA and the EU/UK GDPR for residents of those jurisdictions.
  • You can disable cookies in your browser; some Site features may not work without them.

Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access controls on our internal systems. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be announced on the Site or via email.
