Winning Hearts, Minds, and Elections

A Fight Worth Having is a new kind of Super PAC. We aren’t just helping elect candidates to federal office, we’re building the tools the whole movement runs on.

How We Do It

All of it sold to the movement at cost + 5%. We run on the same systems we sell — there is no better version we keep for ourselves.

  • Media Engine

Essays, podcasts, social and the bookings that put this argument on Fox and CNN — out of one newsroom instead of a retainer.

  • Polling Center

We write, field and weight our own surveys, watch a race move between them, and see where the next one is needed. A benchmark poll runs $20,000 to $30,000 on the market.

  • Advertising

TV, radio, social and mail, written, cut and placed in-house. A political shop like Cygnal takes 20% of digital placement. In-house, that 20% buys more ads.

  • Media Tracking

SnapStream quoted us $60,000 to $85,000 a year for this. We run it for under a tenth of that: 32 channels around the clock, 11 million searchable segments, and the trend lines campaigns and influencers can act on.

  • Voter Database

Builds models, cuts universes and projects who actually turns out — the electorate itself, not last cycle’s. 131 million voters, 937 million rows of vote history.

  • Donor Lists

Find the people who were always going to give, without handing a vendor most of what you raise to go and find them.

  • Creative Assets

Video, scripts and messaging written and cut in-house. The production most challengers can’t afford, at the speed a news cycle moves.

  • CRM

Email, SMS, volunteer phone banks, text banks and call time on one system. At our list size, delivery alone runs $3,000 to $6,000 a month at published rates, before the CRM seat, the texts and the dials.

What Makes Us Different

A New Kind of PAC

$2.2M

to carry this through February 2028. $225,000 of it finishes the national voter file.

Give now

Voter files, CRM, polling, video, ads. Our side burns its money fighting itself for the same donors and the same overpriced consultants. We’re building one system everybody plugs into, so everybody’s next race starts smarter than the last.

A Fight Worth Having is Corbin Trent, a co-founder of Justice Democrats, working with Zack Exley and Saikat Chakrabarti at New Consensus. We built for under $400,000 what campaigns rent for millions.

The work that decides 2028 is happening now. Give through ActBlue, or by wire or ACH.

Same team since the first Bernie campaign. We built the barnstorms that organized it, carried that into Justice Democrats, and helped elect Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Jamaal Bowman. Then we put the Green New Deal on the national agenda with no paid media behind it.

Attention is the most expensive thing in politics, and earning it beats buying it. That is the standard we hold our own spending to.

Help Us Finish the Build

Spheres of Operation

Four places at once. The public, who have to want these ideas before anyone can run on them. The campaigns carrying them into districts. The orgs and influencers moving them through the culture. The members who govern once they win.

The Investment

What Each Unlocks

These are staged operating levels, not four versions of the same promise. More money buys more time, more polling, more staff, and more ability to keep showing up.

$500KFinish the Build

Stabilize the team, finish the core systems, begin the voter-file work, hold the first gathering, and field the first six polls.

High risk and not much time bought. We rent software instead of building it, spend longer in DC, and wait on polling.

$1MComplete the Machine

Move social media in-house, finish the national voter file and the automation, and start the 2027 schedule.

This gets the core machine operating. It doesn’t yet buy the whole stretch to 2028.

$1.5MSustain and Prove

Fund the team, keep the data and publishing systems running, and produce regular polling, podcast, video, and newsletter work.

Most of the twenty-poll plan becomes possible. The reserve and 2028 readiness remain limited.

$2.2MCarry It Through 2028

Carry the full staged team through February 2028, complete twenty polls, maintain the systems, and keep a strategic reserve.

The full fundraising target. Candidate-specific IE placement is still raised separately by race.

  • This number covers building and running the operation. It doesn’t include candidate-specific TV, mail, digital, radio, outdoor, or direct voter-contact spending. Those costs are raised separately when AFWH selects a race and approves an independent-expenditure plan.

  • Planning model dated July 23, 2026. Some underlying assumptions still require final quotes or updated invoices.

Large Gifts

Make the Transfer Work for the Fight

  • For gifts over $500, donors should consider using ActBlue's ACH option. It keeps the contribution in the normal donor receipt flow and avoids unnecessary card processing costs.

  • For gifts over $50,000, donors may use a domestic wire or ACH transfer directly to A Fight Worth Having. Please contact us before sending so the contribution can be matched correctly and reported under the applicable FEC rules.

Other Ways to Help

Money isn’t the only thing we need, and for some people it isn’t the thing they’re best placed to give.

  1. Schedule a call

Twenty minutes with Corbin. Bring the hard questions. We’ll show you the systems running, not a slide.

    Book a call
  2. Bring us in

An in-person pitch to you, your family office, or a room you convene.

Book a time to set it up
  3. Host a fundraiser

Your living room, your list, our presentation. An introduction to the next ten people is worth more than a cheque.

    Host an event
  4. Share the idea

Send this page to someone who funds politics and is tired of paying rent to consultants.

Fund the Engine

We don’t get a second run at this. Nobody buys an answer too small for what they’re living through, and they shouldn’t. We’re building the answer and the machine that carries it.
