Know what you are buying. See what ran.

Media planning, buying coordination and delivery reporting across the channels included in your brief.

A clear plan and a clear account of the spend

  • Translate your brief into a channel plan, schedule and written budget.
  • Coordinate creative specifications, placements and vendor details.
  • Record commitments, invoices and delivery evidence in one ledger.
  • Compare planned and actual delivery in a client report.

Digital, television, radio, connected TV and mail are scoped according to inventory and the work required. Placement is never automatic: your authorized operator approves the buy.

From brief to finished work

  1. Tell us the job. Share your deadline, the material you already have and the result you need.
  2. Get a written scope and quote. Deliverables, revision rounds, responsibilities and timing are stated before work starts.
  3. Review the work. You see drafts and the supporting records. You decide when to send, publish or file.
  4. Keep the handoff. Receive the finished files and the documentation included in your plan.

How these plans are priced

Darkroom describes flat retainers, percentage fees and mixed models. These proposed scopes use a visible management fee; media charges remain separate and are shown in your budget.
